  Very rude raised my monthly rate asked her about why is going up she said if it was up to her she would charge me more.I have been with state farm for 5 yrs now and I have had it she also told me that I was getting charged extra for having safety features on my van witch should be discounts she is just looking to rip people of so good bye I just got a new quote for freeway insurance they saved me 300 on my premium this agent for state farm is the rudest person I have ever met I hope state farm reads the review and reviews her for over charging. DONT GO THERE

  Anne is RUDE & obnoxious & one of the reasons we switched insurance companies. After being a LOYAL customer for many years I can't stand even calling them anymore. Even after I switched & they were notified we no longer had ins with them they still pulled money from our checking account. Now waiting on a refund. As long as Anne works there I'll never go there again!
